Appointments

Appointments can be made by calling the main practice phone numbers. Appointments are not needed for allergy shots after the first time.
Please do not wear cologne or perfume to the office as some of our patients are very sensitive to these fragrances.

New Patient Appointments may take up to several hours and may involve skin tests, breathing tests, x-rays or other evaluation depending on your medical problems. For your first visit please bring copies of any previous allergy evaluation, a list of all your medications, name and address of referring physician, if any, and insurance information and card. Please do not take any antihistamines for 3-5 days prior to your new patient appointment or any scheduled skin testing. All other medicines should be continued as usual. If you have any questions about what to do with your medicines, please call us.

Follow-up appointments are an important part of medical care and should be scheduled and kept as recommended. If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. We also value your time and will make every effort to see you or your family member as close to your appointment time as possible. You can help us stay on time by arriving 5 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
